Grande clerks have become more local over the past 4 years and the owner isn't around as much as in the past so their phone service has dropped off considerably. In the past you would get all american clerks full of industry experience so it was very unique and a pleasure to bet but now it's a shell of what it used to be but you still get paid and can bet basically whatever you want so it's worth the decline in overall service.
