Just wondering what is the best online book as far as being able to deposit money into them and not having to have an act of congress to get your winnings? Thanks for the info!

Now that depends on your bookie. If its some guy you met in a bar, I would be skeptical. But there are many very reliable guys that have been dealing with the same clientele for years. If they are of any value they pay for an offshore service that just end up copying the lines from the big books anyway. It's become all automated and many pph shops just have programs that follow the big books every time they move a line.

betonline - usually the first online book with lines out and if you're fast you can beat them to some soft openers. first timers can get a 50% bonus
5dimes - another book with early lines and LOTS of options. take the reduced juice option IMO
heritage - decent bonus, some reduced juice options and you get cash back every quarter. they get their lines up early but not as early as BOL or 5D
CRIS - decent bonus on Tuesday. some good lines and good options for bets that other books dont have. no reduced juice

all take credit card though your CC company may initially block the transaction....low limits though...$500 to $999 max in most places. it may take multiple CC deposits to get all the money you want out there

there are more options for NON-US residents (pinnacle and greek, for instance)....

Online shops are bad for business in my opinion, find a local you can trust. Or do a lot of homework and go play games of the year or season win totals in Vegas. Can mail in tickets via registered mail: 100% secure

I've used Intertops for years now, '99 or so I believe. Never had a problem getting payouts. Matter of fact it's either placed back on the card or interestingly enough, a check from an American Bank out of south florida. Go get a prepaid Visa card and use it for funding.
