I know some top names worked on that show. I would like to see this one:

Days Of Wine And Roses [VHS] (1958)
Cliff Robertson and Piper Laurie star in this classic "Playhouse 90" production based on J.P. Miller's story about a couple sinking into the depths of alcoholism. John Frankenheimer directs. 89 min.
Category: TV Director: John Frankenheimer
Cast: Charles Bickford, Piper Laurie, Cliff Robertson
B&W

Charles Bickford was a great actor from the 30's. He must play Piper Laurie's father.

Another great cast in:

Playhouse 90: No Time At All [VHS] (1959)
A sort-of "Airport" of its time, this production tells of a stricken airliner that must make its way through the heaviest air traffic in the world without lights and radio. Among the cast members are William Lundigan, Jane Greer, Betsy Palmer, Keenan Wynn, Charles Bronson, Jack Haley, Buster Keaton, Chico Marx and Sylvia Sidney. 90 min.

Well I will list my favorite shows that I tape each week right now. But first of all, would CSI qualify as an all-time choice already?

1. ER
2. CSI and CSI Miami and ah hell, CSI NEw York as well
3. The Practice (Fleetstreet?)
4. Alias
5. Las Vegas
6. Cold Case
7. Without a Trace
8. Survivor (ok not a drama but 1 hour)

Strange thing for me is that I have never seen a single episode of friends or Frazier! But I do tape the shows listed above every week.

Now on to some of my all-time favs.

CSI
Dallas
ER
Fantasy Island
The Practice
Dukes of Hazzard

Seasons 1 and 2 of The Sopranos
I used to like The Incredible Hulk (you wont like me when I'm angry)

Does the 2 part episode of Diff'rent Strokes where Arnold and Dudley got molested by Gordon Jump count as a drama? (With the special appearance by Al Skinner as Dudleys father)
