Best CUSTOMER SERVICE Sportsbook List

BHB -- (Rx/AIM/Email/Phone)
Bluegrass -- (Rx/Email/Phone)
Gamblers Avenue -- (Rx/Email/Phone)
WWTS -- (Email, Phone)

If anyone would like to add to this list or has Sportsbooks with better CS feelf ree to make a list in this thread.

Betworks is good, except for all the g'day mates. No problem with them yet.

If Pinnacle had phone service or had a rep visit the Rx once in a while it would crack my top 4.

I AGREE MC, its annoying not to be able to phone Pinnacle, but then again the .07 juice is big!

Grande , Heritage, and Bluegrass, OLYIMPIC customer service is horrible, you get a rep on the phone ask them a question then they have to go ask someone else, NEVER FAILS...OLYMPIC HAS BELOW AVERAGE TO AVERAGE(at best) CUSTOMER SERVICE REPS!

That is a good observation. So much to choose. Oly is the perfect offshore to not play with if you are influenced by drugs/alcohol

yes its an insult to lay 20 cents from Olympic! its borderline criminal...the irony is I usually beat Olympic but can`t beat Grande to save my life, and Grande has the true dime line...

I`d just like ONE TIME, to ask an Olympic clerk a question and have them answer without having to put me on hold, its like they have generic phone clerks who just relay questions/concerns...Juts once Olympic...plus the automatic 15 dollar neteller...

Agreed, did some reseacrh today before depositing my money in an acct (Bluegrass) and realized that Olympics only edge was that they have a billion things to bet on....then I realized thats not really that good.

CS didn't look so great there.

Heritage has the best customer service of any book that I have played at. And I have played at all the books mentioned in this thread.

Don't know about other people here but I like betgameday's C/S. Anytime I contact them my issue is resolved right away and they are very polite and friendly. Quick payouts as well.

My top 2 are WWTS and Grande, also agree Olympic is horrible.
