Nothing to do with juice or anything else you might like or dislike but what shops have impressed you solely over their customer service. Some places I don't play with or if I do I haven't had the need to test how responsive the book is so their omission of the list is only for that reason. These are books I have had good dealings with personally and have treated me professionally when the time was needed.

Olympic - I once clicked on the link they have on their site if you are having a problem and had 3 employees contact me within minutes. One of them was Spiro. Goes deeper than that too. Several "little" things have come up and all of them resolved very professionally. Always solid customer service here, has to be considered one of the very top in that regard.

Hollywood - Will is here on the site a lot when he can and it shows not only his commitment but the books as well. I have never had an issue come up where they haven't addressed what was on my mind. In fact they go above and beyond that. Several of the things this forum brought up for the NBA (overnights) was taken from here to the brass and instituted based on what we said, that's great stuff. Thanks Will, you guys are a class act. Plus Fernando put me as -160 chalk over Shrink, I give him credit but not insulting me and making us a pick like some suggested.

Rio - hadn't really used them much but my recent dealings with them have been very good. What can I do for you Mr McIrish? Your money will be there today, is that acceptable? This book has moved up a great deal in my eyes of late. Looking forward to a long relationship with this book.

Majorbetting - A book that has always made a point to treat me well. Once when a tricky call came up and I told Fred I will do what you say without complaint he INSISTED the ruling go in my favor. I really meant it, I wouldn't have thought less of him or his book if he went the other way. Was no surprise he ruled for the player. I knock his poker play but one of the best at taking care of his players.

CanBet - I am crazy about this book, don't know how else to say it. Even with my new $200 limit on overnights, LOL. Customer service though has always been great. Once I did a book to book transfer here and it got hung up due to regulations I didn't know anything about. It upset me at the time though it surely wasn't their fault. Still not only were they nice about it they tracked the package (Federal Express) on a daily basis and would e-mail me updates without any prompting from me. I was disgusted about it but they always went out of their way to help on the matter and were always polite. Also they gave me a laugh like I hadn't had before with a book. First time I took a pay-out I had to send them a photo ID. I am not good at computers so had the wife take care of it and scan it for me. When she forwarded it to me she said "there you go JACKASS". Without realizing it I forwarded the whole thing to CanBet. About a day later I got it sent back with a note saying "think your wife is right Patrick". LOL. Guess you had to be there but it was funny as heck to me at the time.

BTW these all happened before I worked here so that had nothing to do with it. From what I have seen these books go out of there way to take care of you no matter who you are or where you work. I am sure there are others that I will remember as well....

I don't know of any book that goes above and beyond like Beverly Hills Bookie. Super nice people going way out of their way to do anything they can!!

I got involved with them through their sponsorship of a contest here and am damn glad I did!!!

I'd have to say Canbet was my favorite too.Have had a few problems with withdrawals on the website and they have always been very helpful in straightening things out. Also partial to them as I always seem to have my best luck with wins there.

I agree with GRANDE as well, almost forgot about them. Also I see BHB mentioned a lot and those guys do spend a lot of time here taking care of inquiries and helping us a great deal. I need to get funded there and give them some action so I know better about what they are all about.

Also I believe Scott over at Bowman's is great at CS from buddies who play there.

Pat,
Good list, but let me tell you one BAD experience about CANBET ...

About a month ago I called and reported a $1700 error in my favor the previous day, they quickly fixed it sent a very nice thank you email. The VERY next day I bet a MLB game, and I accidentally clicked the Action Checkbox (listed on top for whatever reason) & sent an email minutes later (no moves occured) asking them to please switch my bet to "LISTED" ...
some CS guy sent a rather snippy email back say "we NEVER change bets" ... I forwarded him a copy of my email about pointing the $1700 error & title the email "what goes around comes around - except at Canbet" ... never heard back from the feller ...

well the pitchers both started as expected ... so no harm no foul (i guess), but DO NOT expect any favors from these guys.

It was a classless move, considering.
