best book for early lines

I went over to BetJam but the lines just took way to long to come out, I'm looking for a quick line release but also a solid book thats known as a top book.

any help would be great .

Look at the toolbar on the front page of the link and click on "Funding Methods". What is best and easiest depends on the amount you want to deposit.

i was going to use moneybookers, but everything i read ppl have millions of problems putting in and withdrawing money from there.

I would recommend Western Union. Neteller is no longer available to U.S. customers. I can't recommend moneybookers. Did you look at the Funding Methods? Suggest you call their customer service at 1-800-305-3517. You can ask them what is right for you.
