I've been using NitrogenSports.eu and Cloudbet.com.
Both books were easy to fund. I guess that's the beauty of using Bitcoin. Both books credited my Bitcoin deposit within 1/2 hour. I have never withdrawn so I can't comment on that process. I deposited sitting on my couch using my Bitcoin program on my computer. I didn't have to go anywhere and only the sportsbooks and myself know about my deposits.
Nitrogen Sports is a little confusing at the start because they say they create an account for you when you access their page. I tried to log in using my username and it errored out. Eventually I got registered. I have read where they use Pinnacle's lines although I can't confirm that. They are awfully close. Once you get registered it's easy to navigate.
Cloudbet was easy to get registered but they oftentimes close bets up to 10 minutes before game time. Their lines aren't as good as other books as well so I haven't been using them much.
I went to the following Bitcoin sportsbook review web site to find those two. There are a couple more I may check out but Nitrogen Sports has been pretty good so far so I'm sticking with them.

.I use Cloudbet; not a lot of tt, ht, parlay betting, but reliable lines, game totals; safe; easy to use; payout fast; book is heavy international:soccer, international basketball; cricket, fun to play..Might have trouble betting more that 10 Bitcoins on a game..right now about $350 use /Bitcoine; btw; Bitcoin to be $10K USD in 2 years or so...lol..or may be 0.01$USD..lol..I am bullish big time on Bitcoin..consider it the internet of 1998..>>lotta action...gl
