I'm looking seriously at TCU -11 over Virginia. Also think Air Force +4 over Minny is worth a look.

Ohio State- mark it down. When 99% of joe public says something is a gift, too easy, winner, etc go opposite. I dont know how, but OSU will cover that +7.

That's just it. No one knows how, so what makes you think OSU will? :think2:

BTW, there have been plenty of games where "Joe Public" (as you say) has made off.

This past weekend, in no particular order: Texas A&M, UAB, Mississippi, Tulsa, Nebraska, Kentucky, Stanford, California, USC, Tennessee, Clemson to name the ones I can remember off the top of my head. All prohibitive favorites. All "Joe Public" plays.

USC has the coaching and talent edge. Granted, OSU will hang tough for 1/2 and maybe into late in the 3rd quarter....but then the running game will POUND away and wear out the D.

I see a 10 to 14 point USC victory.

I think the value on USC is due to the fact that Ohio State is playing at home, the overhyped revenge factor, and probably the fact that Ohio State finally covered a big game out-of-conference (the Texas-Ohio State bowl game) USC has a superb offensive line and a great stable of RB's, this will help Barkley's play-action and take lots of pressure off of him---Meanwhile, on the other side of the ball Pete Carroll (the defensive guru) will contain Pryor and force Terrell to beat Southern Cal with his arm (which I don't think he can do), and that is not even counting Taylor Mays in case Pryor does make some good throws-----Is anything possible? Sure. Just going by past history, Pete Carroll and his boys own these type of games and Tressel and his players choke

I tried not to let it out too quick... but I think IOWA does beat up my 'clones. Sad to say. BYU also get it done like Stanford did this week.
