I LOVE Vegas, but I also really like Laughlin NV when I'm feeling a little more chill. All the casinos are on the Colo River.

And btw, 3 Colo Mountain towns have just approved legalization of 24 hrs gambling, raised limits and putting in craps and roulette! I think it's effective in July or so...One hour from Denver.....(Central City/Blackhawk) and also Cripple Creek...about an hour from Colo Springs...

Yeah, they treat decent players like royalty and it's a lot more relaxed than Vegas. If you were in your 20s you probably wouldn't care too much for it, but us in our more advanced years can appreciate it. lol

In the summertime it is fantastic....Atlantic City has improved in the past couple years in providing better security in the streets away from the Boardwalk....May-September is great...

Well if you want to double down then try the Orlando to Daytona trip. It's a gamble on any part of I-4 or known in these parts as DIE-4.
