He then apologized which I thought was great to Steve Moore and his family.....then he went to apologize to the Canucks and he broke down like a lost 12 yr old girl.

Make no mistake, his agent and others in the Canuck organization are in big time damage control mode. It's a PR stunt for the NHL big wigs to see so they can say "he's showing remorse. He's showing that he's learned his lesson." Actually, he's trying to preserve his contract and his right to play the game in the future. An apology after such a blatant, inexcusable act does not mean sh*t in my book.

Bertuzzi was hanging on him hoping that he'd be noticed & he eventually snapped.
People make mistakes-some much more serious than others. Many later regret their actions, but still have to deal with the consequences.
It's kind of like crying in front of the judge after you "snapped" & shot your wife in the head.....They've heard it all before, and it shouldn't hold much weight in the sentencing.
