I feel your pain. The raiders, however, are utterly hopeless which IMO is worse than the incompetence in Cincy. Oakland's drafts have been horrendous, no quality free agent will sign there, their best players leave ASAP, they are TURNED DOWN by assistant coaches who have never had a head job for interviews, Sean Payton accepted the job then called back the following day to say "thanks, but no thanks". As long as Al Davis is alive, Oakland will have no chance at all to succeed. That may be the case with Cincy as well, I don't follow their front office machinations closely to know.
