Only an idiot would give out the name of his local, especially over the internet to someone he doesn't know. My local has been rock solid with me over the past 16 or so years. I would only recommend a person that I know well and trust to pay up every week when necessary because these guys will certainly pay out every week.
I have only recommended a few players and never had any problems with them while playing or paying. A good local is worth their weight in gold....win or lose.
