Be careful with Heritage and Moolah Graham action.

I like Heritage a lot. It's a great book. I'm sure this is no fault of their own. I sent them a Graham deposit with the exact information they provided. (I had to go to the other side of the city to do it.) There was a delay and I so called Heritage and they told me it was rejected because they said I sent to that person within the last 7 days to another book.

That was not true. I hadn't sent anything to anybody via Moolah Graham for two weeks. Anyways, I had to cancel the transaction and get my money back, minus the fees for sending. They were lost to Moolah Graham. Heritage did give me a Bonus Play. I thanked them for that.



The only reason I post this is to advise customers (us) to be careful when sending via Moolah Graham. May want to triple check the name with the book clerk and make sure it's okay to send to before proceeding. Most books aside from Heritage would tell you to just eat the fees and not award a Bonus Play.

Not that I care what you say since there is something wrong with you (and thank you RX for this great "Ignore List"), this was absolutely no fault of my own. I asked them to check Moolah Graham records and find any such record. They simply said this is what the processor said.

I know they can run histories on Moolah Graham and Weest Onion, but they didn't do it. With lesser books than Heritage I will double and triple check with the clerk to make sure we are good. But with Heritage I've simply given them more trust based on their reputation. They give me the name and I just go do it.
