That's a straight out lie. I made the 1st deposit and lost all of my money to your casino. I then decided to chase my losses, so I called your staff to make another deposit via Western Union. I didn't know about the Bonus Play bonus until I called your staff. So I didn't receive the 1st bonus until I lost my deposit. I then made a wager using the Bonus Play, but I didn't win anything. So I decided to make another deposit to try and chase my losses. Please get your facts right. I DIDN'T MAKE THE 2ND DEPOSIT UNTIL I COMPLETELY LOST MY 1ST DEPOSIT. Your casino took a whole day to post the amount that I lost in the history page. But My balance was ZERO when I made the 2nd deposit.

There is nothing to resolve. My intentions for starting this thread weren't to get this issue resolved. I'm new at this forum, so I'm just sharing my experiences with the people here as I know I will gain a lof of insights from them in the future. I do hope that other members will take this thread into consideration when they sign up at your sportsbook. As for me, I will withdraw as soon I have the chance. You can keep your bonus. You do notice that I'm leaving out the detail concerning the trouble I had with Western Union as a result of your staff's carelessness. This specific detail is relevent to the issue at hand. But you have your business to run, and I just hope that people will find this thread useful when they consider signing up at your sportsbook.
