Oh please schedule or not Boise St would beat the piss out of overhyped West Virginia. WV won't be in the BCS talk next week as Louisville destroys them this week.

Any team that gives up 500+ yards to New Mexico State and struggles to get by Wyoming and Idaho doesn't even deserve mention in a BCS conversation. i would actually enjoy seeing Boise play a real team like Ohio State. Then we would never hear from schools like that again. The score would be 55-7.

They have a good defense and a very excellent offense. They have been among the best teams in football for the past 15 games or so. They have an offense that would rush for 350+ yards against any team in the country. They haven't even had to pass much, but when they do, their receivers will be on single coverage. You get White scrambling out of the pocket and he can certainly find a target. This team has not even scratched the surface on their talent.

Who understands the new BCS? I don't think anyone does. I have read the rules and it seems fucked up. Remember, you have the Fiesta Bowl on January 1 and then the BCS championship game (also played at the Fiesta Bowl) on January 8.

Goof? Look who is the goof here in regards to WV rushing for 350+ yards against any team in the country. They would not run for 350 on Boise, USC, Ohio St, Michigan, Texas, etc.... I don't think you will talk much after WV loses to Louisville.

Boise and Hawaii both monsters, would take at home vs anybody. Problem is everybody too chicken shit to go play them.

Institute a 8 or 16 team playoff and scrap the bowls.

However, just like NCAAB has the ACC-Big Ten challenge, do something similar with NCAAF.

Big Ten - SEC
Big 12 - ACC
Pac10 - Big East

Matchups based on preseason predictions (could use previous years results, but would result in lopsided matchups). Use the Bowl sites for the top 5 games for each conf matchup, so 15 bowl games. The rest of the games played at one of the teams home fields. Rotate conferences to play each other each year. Would make for some great nonconference games each September.

they dont even have to completely scrap the bowls. they could just use them as different site names for an 8 team playoff. So sponsorship could still be used. Just would so happen that the opening round game with i.e. Auburn vs. Michigan would also be called the "Outback" Opener. And the bigger sponsors fiesta/Sugar would be saved for final rounds.
