I was sorta let down a few weeks back, when they dropped their Monster Teaser and Parlay niche, that they had going for them. Their phone customer service was excellent. But I noticed that I couldn't place any teasers bets overnight for some reason online. That and a few other little things here and there were just very annoying. So it ended up making the excellent customer service a moot point. Hopefully they maintain the good customer service and work out some of the little things here and there. I would be open to re-upping in the future, but not now.

As people have already said, if you like betting point spreads and totals on football and basketball, this is a decent place to play. If you're looking for moneylines, props, quarters, or anything other sport, this isn't the place for you.
