I think they've used all nine lives, I think there's no late comeback (although when BC goes up 14+ like everybody else, I may look into hedging )

The shooting means nothing. Florida State now knows that if they lose a game, they are out of the playoffs. The Committee has made that very clear to them. FSU wins this game.

Not trying to be a contrarian by any means but I can see Florida St making this a statement game. I think they are sick and tired of everyone rooting against them to make the final 4. Their ATS record is not that great but they are capable. Some may think they are looking ahead to the Florida game but I do not see it that way. I can see them running up the score to make a statement and to gain some momentum going into the Florida game. Fl State beat Syracuse by 18 at Syracuse. They finish up with their final two games at home (BC and Flo). I could be wrong but I can see where they might just put it all together at the right time as the season ends.
Florida St just lost to Louisville 19-38 and they are coming in following an off week so they have plenty of time to prepare. I am a numbers guy but for some reason my instincts tell me that Florida St is out to prove something this week regardless of who their opposition is. Heaven forbid if they have a solid first half and they are due. Their motivation is not simply their opponent but some of the disrespect they are getting nationwide. I would be careful and betting BC on the money line would be lucrative should they win but there is a reason the odds are what they are. Lots of luck but I don’t see it happening.

This is one of those gut feelings more than anything else Willie. You know I am a numbers guy but this game is very important to Florida St.

I look at it this way. Florida State is the defending National Champions. They are undefeated, and yet they are ranked behind two teams that have lost a game. If that is not enough to light a fire under you, then you do not beserve to be ranked that high. Will they cover? I have no idea. Will they win? I can't see it any other way.
