Sparticus... this was a MUCH different situation when the Stamps scored to make it a 1 pt game. Anything over half the quarter left, and you always kick the PAT. Singles are easy enough to come by in this league for either side. In a game that matters with 7:00 left, you go for 2 and fail (remember, you need FIVE yards in Canada, not just 2.5 for your 2 pts). The other team gets a single, and all of a sudden, you're down 3, and that last second FG that would've been to win is now to tie and force OT...
