Bash Baseball Pool........?

Just wondering if about 5-6 of you would be interested in doing a baseball betting pool, say on friday at the sportsbook...

Each of us can chip in 20.00 and bet a day game, and if we hit roll it all over on a night game....just get a consensus from the group, and say if we can roll it 4 times, then we cash out......

Just thought it would be fun...

We used to do it at the horse races (actually we could do it on that i guess, sinc they show all the tracks) , but anyway, we would all put in 20.00 and had to bet it all to show on a horse, and keep it going til it made it around the table to everyone, and then cash it out.....You would be amazed how many times we made it.....

Anyway, just an idea, i'm gonna be there anyway....I know indysports and Indianamike will get in...

I will do it! I will be there on Thursday, what day will you be getting there? Had planned on spending day at the pool on Friday but get you the money and my 2cents before going. Let me know.

TheFawv and I should be arriving Thursday afternoon, early evening, sure we will be in the book Thurs night, and we can set it up Fri morning, with whoever's there...

friday night - we get the lines for ALL of saturday's MLB AND NFLX games. we put them on a sheet.

anyone who wants to enter - can. $20 per entry. pick the games that night. one person holds all the entries and the $$$$$$$$$$$

saturday at the bash - we "grade" the picks

whoever is UP the most units for the day - winner take all the $$$$$$$$$$$$

This BASH sounds awesome, I wish I was aware earlier I would have planned my next trip for it.
where is everone coming from for this, I am living in MN now over 12 yrs removed from Vegas and I plan atleast 2 trips a yr.
When is the next one??

Winky, im not talking aobut a contest "against" the other posters, but a "pool" with us teaming up together.....Say 6 of us do it....We place 120.00 on the first game that them "majority" likes....If we hit it, we take it all and put it on a later game that the "majority" likes....and so on....due it 4-5 times, and if we can roll it over we cash it out around 1000.00 or so....If we lose, we are out 20.00 bones......

We could do it with horses as well, as i described above....just gives people a rooting interest, and shot at money, with very minimal risk..
