my rule is not to bet over a -155...if I do I would bet this game on the run line -1.5 +115
but
I see the total at 7.5....if it was 8 or more I would bet it...if it was 7 or less I would not...its right in the middle for me

ACE - I liked the under in SL since they just do not have any offense. I listed SL as my bb after much deliberation pitting it vs the under and also NYY.

Yes there is a lot of insight. But MLB is the best sport to bet since it follows form more than any other. If you want to get crazy w/ statistics there are so many and you can devise on your own, as I have, certain situations which also follow form. Such as a good tm home vs a bad tm away, 1st gm of series. So far this yr 4/1.
Or good tm home 1st gm of series vs non-bad or non-good tm - in other words a middle of the road tm. This is 4/0 this season. Now 8/1 ain't bad.
I like NFL but I love MLB. These are the only 2 sports I REGULARLY bet on. Some boxing, some ice hockey - especially the NCAA playoffs. North Dakota opened at +125, -125 yesterday and today +100. It jumped back due to middles.
Word to the Wise - I have been doing this for many yrs. Believe me the most important thing is money management. I firmly believe bet selection is only 40% while money management is 60%. So be careful and don't fly off the handle. There is no such thing as a lock today altho I had one in the early 60s. Like the Johnny Walker ads say: Drink Moderately.
