Last out in the previous inning starts at 2nd in extra inning. Big Strikeout
Stupid attempt steal with 1 out runners on 1st 3rd for CWS? Why take sacrifice fly out of picture?? Thrown out stealing runner on 3rd doesn't try to score on throw... Baseball managers lose games more than anyone else
Stupid confirmed...azzkick(&^

Ozzie Guillen joins plenty of White Sox fans in being fed up with Tony La Russa and his latest example of botching crucial in-game decisions.
White Sox manager Ozzie Guillen now has the cozy job of being a studio analyst for the team. That means plenty of head-scratching surrounding just about everything Tony La Russa is doing in 2021.
The latest La Russa meltdown came in the 10th inning of a 0-0 game Wednesday afternoon against the Cincinnati Reds. He failed to understand a rule about the extra-inning runner on second, called a failed stolen base attempt, and let Billy Hamilton hit in a key spot. All that came in a matter of minutes and Guillen could not take it.

White Sox: Ozzie Guillen rightfully calls out Tony La Russa
The most talked about issue was La Russa not realizing he could put a position player at second instead of pitcher Liam Hendriks to begin the 10th inning. Claiming he didn't know the rules isn't exactly great for fans to hear.
Having Leury Garcia try to steal was even more confusing with Hamilton at the plate. As Guillen points out, no team is going to turn a double play with Hamilton running. That is about his only strength at this point in his career.
The problem is Hamilton struggles to even put the ball in play and White Sox fans don't want to see him batting at all, let alone with a chance to win a game.
Plenty of White Sox fans have already decided they want La Russa out as soon as possible. Some may even take Guillen back if it means making logical decisions again late in games.
