The Sox upcoming road trip takes them out to Labor Day. The season is getting shorter than people think.
They have not won a game at all in Baltimore. One if they were lucky. They have not won a game in Toronto this year. New York they won two, lost two. Should have won that series.
Everyone is talking about Tampa falling back. Hasn't happened. Tough September, or not.

I remember a thread that SMTH wrote in '77 with the same title. Fortunately in MANY MANY MANY years lately there is a Wild card, but that lead is just a 1/2 game currently. Far from the season being over.

? i was at camden yards earlier this year when the sox thrashed them. i think sox swept the 4game set that weekend.
