Baseball, Golf, Tennis only pure sports left

Football and basketball have just become a joke. The refs have just as much to do in deciding the outcome of a game as the players, and often even more.

Football, esp nfl, is now unwatchable. The pass interference calls, "targeting" calls, ridiculous no calls when there actually is a penalty, which plays can and cant be reviewed, some of the actual rules themselves...it really has just become a joke. Unpure sport.

Basketball just as bad. Unpure sport.

On the other hand, baseball is 99% decided by the players. Yes there is occasional strike/ball mistakes or safe/out mistakes, but 99% of the calls are obvious and indisputable. Yea a lot of players are on drugs but who cares, most of the athletes in every sport are on drugs. I have no problem with the players themselves cheating bc most of them are so its equal, at least the players decide the game and not the umps. Pure sport.

Golf 100% decided by players on course, 0% interference/influence by umps/refs. Pure sport.

Tennis. Ditto from golf info above. Pure sport.

Im not saying that there are never bad calls in baseball. There are.

Im saying that the influence baseball umpires have over a game is miniscule in comparison to the influence that basketball and football refs have over a game.

That is indisputable.

For the most part, baseball games are decided by the players on the field, on the mound, in the batters box and on the bases.

Unfortunately, football and basketball have reached a point where the refs are literally deciding who wins these games. The outcome of football and basketball games relies mostly upon the actions and interpretations of the refs, whereas the outcomes in baseball, golf and tennis relies mostly upon the actiona of the players on the field/course/court.
