Im trying to settle an argument between two friends. For the baseball prop "will there be a run in the first inning" One friend is saying that "yes" is always positive money, and the other is saying it averages to around -120. This is for the regular season. Anyone know anything about this?

Yes is usually positive. As always, depends on the pitchers. If two studs are going, it can be -180 and up.

Could see "No" being favoured in a game where the matchup was Santana/Peavy being played in San Diego and a game total of 6.5 or 7.

You would probably be looking at something like +125 at most on Yes in that situation I would say...

It is MUCH CLOSER to -110 than you think.

I used to make the NO bet all of the time depending on the pitcher

so on a day where there are 15 games, you think the average for "yes" will not be positive? or maybe close to even

depends on starting pitching(stay away from Dan Haren), team, and book(some books give you -120 on both sides)
