Barry Zito, the 2002 AL Cy Young Award winner while with the A's, announced his retirement in The Players Tribune. Zito finished his career with 165 wins and a 4.04 ERA over 14 seasons with the A's and Giants, and was part of two World Series winners in San Francisco.
