Hello, everyone I need some clarity about the issue of being labeled a "SmartPlayer". Do all offshore as well as American mobile betting sights where it's legal in USA ban these types of players? I want to know this so not to go in the wrong direction. Should I just stay away from the offshore and deal with American states betting outlets so to avoid issues?
