Yesterday's (7/28) Record: PASSED
PASSED on Monday's card and we are back for Tuesday's card. I did release my Strong NFL Week 1 Total on yesterday's Bankerz Interest podcast. We did have a small losing day on Sunday, however, we did have a very solid week last week.Although I average around 4 plays per day in the MLB, I never force my plays and we will have rare days like yesterday where I totally PASSED on the entire card and also rare days where we may exceed 4 plays in a day. Discipline goes a long way in the long term success of sports betting. It's days like yesterday that challenge most sports bettors and many crack under the pressure and will wager on a game or two when they are just betting to get in on some action. Fortunately, I personally easily overcome those challenges (although I haven't always) because I am focused on the main objective which is to stick to my system and earn a profit in the long term.
Of course, you need to have some sort of system in place on how you determine your daily picks. However, I personally believe it is just as equally important to concatenate your system with money management and discipline. Since I'm from New Orleans, I'll reference those ingredients as the: "Profitable Sports Betting Gumbo".
BOL to all and "Let's Take it to the Bank!"
7/29 Picks
*All picks based on Pitcher's Listed
3* Toronto Blue Jays (Stroman) vs Boston Red Sox (De La Rosa) - UNDER 9 -110
2* [911] Atlanta Braves +1.5 -170 (Harang) vs Los Angeles Dodgers (Beckett)
* I did have an additional 2* play on the Toronto Blue Jays +1.5, the Blue Jays are -1.5 so it is no longer a play unless the RL switches back
