Alabama's offense is a mismatch against MSU's defense. The Bulldogs are
bad on defense. Bama has an elite offense. I expect the Tide to have a big
game. Tua will probably have three TD passes by halftime and sit out the
rest of the game.

11 A.M. kickoff so it will be chilly (40 degrees) at the beginning of the game.
Nagee Harris and Brian Robinson will get a workout in this one. Matt Jones
will probably play the second half.

Tua practiced yesterday and said the ankle soreness was much better. He will
practice today and if the ankle is better...he will play. Yes he will throw TDs
against Miss States weak defense.

I heard he was out but who knows If he is in I would think the line would be 28ish

Talent wise and on paper its a complete mismatch... no one can dispute that.... but how is Saban's teams fared in past after a loss? Can someone share?

I would not be surprised if it's a close game at half

I think I heard that Saban is 4-13 against the spread after he suffers his first loss.

I love stats like that however, I think Nicky may run up the score to impress the committee. Winning by 10 vs 6-6 Mississippi State (assuming they win vs home against Abilene Christian and Ole Miss) doesnt look to good to a committee to determine if you belong in the top 4

There is no way TUA will or can play tomorrow. He was hobbling around so bad after the LSU game its unreal. If Saban lets him play then he has lost his mind altogether.TUA has to look ahead for his own well being toward the future and the NFL.As i said after the LSU game Saban has lost a step and it has continued from last years championship game where he was out coached again.

The Tide is done for this year so there is no reason to have him play, let Jones play and get a feel for the offense heading into next year.Saban didn't have the Tide prepared for LSU properly, and it just might show up again this week

I don’t think Tua should play but I have a bad feeling Saban will start Tua. Either way Bama wins big

Saban is 4-12 ATS (-9.2 Units) after 1 or more consecutive straight up losses as the coach of ALABAMA.
The average score was ALABAMA 25.3, OPPONENT 15.8

State typically plays bama pretty close at home.

Since 2008, 11 straight losses and only 4 games decided by less than 20 points.

Although, if you look at when Miss St is home, the last 5 games they have losses by 28, 17, 13, 25, and 7. Line is currently sitting at 19 at both of my outs.

And something to note in ALL of those games is that Alabama wasn't nearly as motivated as they are today. Bama absolutely HAS to skin up the Bulldogs today. This is a business decision.

I hope Tua has some kind of injury insurance policy - definitely a potential career ending injury
