Actually this is no longer a democracy since the Viejo/Doberman ticket won the Rx Veteran Poster Dictatorship Election. Since Viejo is spreading the peace (or is that getting a piece?) with our Asian allies, he left me in charge.

It would be so bad for the balloons to pop up if your mouse pointer was over the text of the title of the thread. But the balloons pop up when you simply have it anywhere in the window. I'm getting carpal tunnel moving my mouse pointer all over to get rid of the balloons.
