The MAC has been awful in the bowl season so far. I think that is the major factor in the line movement. That and the coaching distractions for Ball State with Hoke headed to San Diego State. Tulsa should be favored here i think.

Maybe. I'd still play Tulsa though. The points will be worthless probably. It will be a track meet and those types of games usually end up lopsided on the scoreboard. If you want to play Ball State, wait and take them on the moneyline. They'll either win straight up or get smoked.
