As an alum, this doesn't make me happy as I was hoping that if there was a chance NBC would drop us, Tyrone would be fired after next year and we could get a real coach and get back on track.

i wouldn't say that they cover nascar extensively. they only cover the second half of the season, which has 36 weeks. fox covers the first half of the schedule and does a better job.
half the season isn't extensive.

All of my teams could lose and I could lose all of my bets on a Saturday but watching Notre Loser get their ass kicked makes my day!

They have no excuse for their sorry record. They get all the recruits they want and play a soft schedule.

I would like to add that attending a game in South Bend is WAY overrated too.

Very blah stadium.

Most Big Ten stadiums are far better and the atomosphere and fans are three times better.

This will be their last deal as by the time 2010, ND won't be seen as a football power any longer as they will have to run table every year with difficult schedule to get their. I don't see them landing the top kids as a result in recruiting.
