My bad yeah one day Laurel will cease racing forever. Not sure when but think within next 2 years. PIMLICO WILL be owned by the state of MD AND racing will be a non profit deal in MD. That is the way I understand it.They've always had meets go back and forth between Laurel and Pimlico for years, Jack. Of course the meet will be in Pimlico by the Preakness like always. I assume the renovations will be done by then.
