I will never deposit a penny into skybook. If it was the last offshore sportsbook in the world, I would quit gambling.

You have every right to choose what companies you do business with, but would you care to share your reasons for not wanting to do business with Skybook?

It is widely known that Skybook has had several gay clerks in the past. pja has a broken heart after a tough breakup with a gay clerk who wouldn't visit him in boystown, Illinois.

I can't say that I'm surprised to see "Meyer Lansky" and "WINNINGHAND" come to Skybook's defense.

No, "Meyer" I never had a slow-pay problem. Notice, I never said anything bad about Skybook, just that I will never play there.

The amount of praise Skybook has been getting recently from the mods and posters like "Meyer Lansky" and "WINNINGHAND" is ridiculous. In fact, it's just plain s(h)illy if you ask me.

Considering the current panam situation, I wouldn't go anywhere near a book so hyped by the rx. Just to make you guys aware, extreme overhyping and shilling for a book drives more away from it, than to it.

Are you kidding me? I 1000% just asked you a question. If they slow paid you i wanted to know. the problem with guys like you is that whenever anyone leans toward a book in any controversial situation even a little, he is automatically a shill. All I said is that I am happy with them, and that i was looking to see if i should be careful. Bottom line, Skybook and Pinnacle, and any other books for that matter that give me a great deal, i happen to like. All I see here is praise for Pinnacle. They are a great book, does that make those people shills? I see people in these forums go to bat for the books that they really like all the time. Is that wrong? I happen to think Skybook, and Hollywood, and Cascade, and Pinnacle are great books. If i go to bat for them, them call me a shill. However any time someone disses the books that I love, i will speak up. sorry pja.

It's good to hear that you will speak up for ALL of the books you love so much. Funny thing is, I only notice you in Skybook threads. So either you don't love the other books you mentioned, or you have a "special" love for Skybook. Right, Meyer Winninghandski?

pja, it is obvious that you have it out for this book for some reason. To go after posters who contribute greatly to this site and discuss varied topics intelligently is simply wrong. I have looked at all of their posts, and they discuss more diverse topics than most people here. If you have it out for a book why not keep it between yourself and that book. Calling good posters biased shills is wrong when i know for a fact that these guys have contributed greatly. The biggest complaint we get from the advertisers here is the unwarranted negativity that permiates the forums. Can't we all get along?

Shrink, I definitely do NOT have it out for this book. I simply made the post out of disgust in seeing the 1,000th Skybook thread this month.

How many times did fishill have to bump this thread to give Skybook a toast? 3? Come on, and promo isn't even over yet.

Not a great number of books put promos in the offshore section. IIS/Skybook/Bet365 are the only ones that really come to mind.

IIS/Skybook's threads are full of mods and meyer winninghanski posters complimenting them. Bet365's promos either get ripped apart by the posters here, or fall into the abyss with 0 replies. Bet365 is in the same class as skybook/IIS, if not a class above. Yet, it's funny how the mods don't seem to care to either compliment or defend them, and the Meyer's don't "go to bat" for them either.

I don't have any beef with skybook, I'm just sick of them. For instance, if Thursday's tourney games have 1,000 commercial breaks that each began with a McDonald's commercial, I'd certainly choose Burger King next time I'm in the mood for fast food.

..and I love your comment about ME going after the posters. Should I have taken WINNINGHAND's post as a compliment? I promise to strive to post as meaningful topics as meyer winninghandski does in the future.

I guess I'm just a poster that is sad to see what was once a somewhat reliable source for offshore info, to be going down the toilet.
