Cam is the next great thing. He's already consensus MVP. Let's face it, both these defenses will show up. It's a question of which QB will thread the needle. Cam has so much confidence and he's at home. If he has to, Cam will use his legs. He has everything to prove. How can you bet against him? On the other hand, Carson is Carson. He's being asked to go on the road and win the NFC Championship. What, in his resume makes you think he can accomplish this? We're not talking Kurt Warner, here. Besides, he has some kind of plastic splint on the middle finger of his throwing hand. Also, can he escape he pressure? I don't think so. Also, he didn't show a lot of poise last week... and he was at home. If Arizona wins, it will be because Larry Fitzgerald wins it for them, like he did last week.

Been watching football for 30 years, Cam Newton is the closest thing I've seen to Michael Jordan in pads.

Everyone talks about his athleticiscm and mobility. I've never seen a guy with a bigger arm who throws a better ball, ever. Period. You can name anyone.

Cam Newton is great, but he is not the Michael Jordan of basketball. He is more like the Anthony Davis of football -- a good young player who is hitting his prime.
