I feel you. Im down 4 units and dont bet above my head by no means. Ill either double my losses or get back at the book. No biggie. Are you chasing all those losses from yesterday? I was going to chase with dallas last night, but if you lose this bet, it would be real painful. I'd advise you NOT to do that.
If this game goes over you won't bet happy and that isn't even a high number.

advice heeded....I am up pretty nicely on my book this year and I gamble on sports for fun. With that being said, It really wont break me to lose here. As long as I have a winning season I will be ok with it. Is it bad money management?...yes. Truth being that Financially I will sleep the same tonight no matter what the outcome of the game due to the fact that I absolutely wont bet over my head.I'm not even your friend, but chasing those losses is a dangerous thing. If you really were going to bet 4.5 units on the under earlier in the week ( I don't think you were) then it is a horrible idea.
One of the worst parts of chasing losses, is that you start chasing with stuff you wouldn't have normally bet on, and are at risk to really get burned.
If you can honestly say you would have bet the under earlier in the week, then fine do it, but I highly advise you not to throw all that risk around to chase losses. My 2 cents.
but if you wanted the under all along, then fine, but why risk pissing your money away on an impulse play, a play where you are betting on boredom, betting for fun etc.
I bet to make fucking money. I don't bet for fun. Maybe I am rare, but if you really want to make money long term, don't bet on a game because you are bored, don't bet big because you want to chase, don't bet because you want to win because because you know you will win.
4.5 units is probably your biggest bet of the week, but was this really your favorite play of the week? Do you want to bet your largest wager on your 4th best bet, or 6th favorite bet? That isn't smart money management.
You are an adult... I'd assume... maybe ... and you are free to do as you choose, but I don't agree with chasing a loss like that and offer my advice.
I did like it.....did I put a value on it Wednesday?..noYou liked the under earlier in the week, but was it your #1 play? Did you like it twice as much and 4 times as much as the other plays?
Why would you bet on your 3rd, 4th, 5th favorite play with the most money? It's your show... just saying
I do donate to charity, Please dont try to tell me how to spend my "fun money." FYI...Im up.If you don't care about winning/losing, then you are surly going to lose your money.
If you really don't care about losing 850 to 8,500 bucks, then maybe you should donate your gambeling money to charity.
