What would you propose they do? Give me some details of what happened and how they could improve the chase policies they have.

1) Install rocket launchers in the front of all cop cars

2) Aim them so they shoot just over the top of the chased vehicle and blast a huge crater about 100 feet in front of him

3) The chased car plunges into the crater

4) Cops pull up, drag the driver and his smashed in face out of the vehicle and put the cuffs on

5) Much celebrating and high fiving
