avg. points in a nfl game????

i know the margin of victory falls on 3 (15.3%) and on 7 (8.0%) of the time and that these are the top 2 margins of victory. any chart or site that can tell me where the total # of points fall on a nfl game the most? thanks!

Whatever the # is will most likely be meaningless. The NFL changes so much from year to year.

NFL is usually right around 42 points per game if memory serves me correctly, don't have any stats or web sites. College is around 52 points per game.

And this is exactly why you can victimize LVSC numbers. Because they always float around those 2 number points you mention. If you have any real kind of insight to a contest that is not all high profile, you can totally stomp it.
