World number four trades at heavy odds-on to make quarter-finals but goes out in five sets.
Britain's Andy Murray was dumped out of the Australian Open this morning after losing a five-setter to Spanish Fernando Verdasco.
Murray touched a low of 1.05 to win the match on Betfair after taking the first set 6-2. But his opponent - who traded at a high of 18.0 - rallied to take the second.
The pair traded sets thereafter with Verdasco landing the decider 6-4. The Spaniard will play Jo Wilfried-Tsonga in the quarter-finals.
The world number 15 has been backed at a high of 690.0 to win the tournament but is now in to 36.0. Murray had traded as the favourite for the title, touching a low of 3.35 to lift the trophy. Rafael Nadal is the current favourite at 2.52, with Roger Federer available at 3.45 to back.
