Yeah, I suppose, come to think of it, why don't you just donate the $250 directly to moveon.org after Sammy hits his 48th HR in late August.

Or we could each just pledge to donate it to the opposition's presidential campaign. That would really up the ante.

By the way, looks like you sharped me on our bet. Pinny ha Sosa O/U40.5 HR. Can't believe that # rither. He's had 40+ 6 yrs in a row and had 40 last year even with a toe injury, two beanings and a corked bat suspension. Barring major injury, it's pretty hard to see how Sosa can't get 41 really. Maybe I'm just way off. I dunno. They got most HR's by any player at O49.5+108. That's crazy if you ask me. Maybe they know something I don't.

So you gonna middle me? lol

d2...you're kidding me! i didn't think books even had prop bets like that. i too am shocked that the number is that low. they must be thinking the steriods will have a bigger effect than even i do.

man, this week has been the worst yet for me in hoops. monday i went 1-2, tuesday 1-3, yesterday 1-4. time to take a break and wait for the tourney.

blue, trust me, if D2 is saying you sharped him, it's a huge compliment coming from him - I'd probably middle him, but then I never could resist an ocean middle like that
