For starters, he listed California as his real address but he lives in Illinois and the bets to WSEX were placed from URUGUAY...

He tried to block the IP from being detected but he got busted with that one...

His Neteller accounts were closed due to VIOLATION of the PATRIOT act, other stuff, and MONEY LAUNDERING may also be an issue here...

All emails addresses are fabricated as well...

You don't have to make a FINAL right away. Revere has made a number of strong arguments regarding how he bet, what WSEX's posted rules are, and the suspicious timing of the cancellation.

You could certainly address these in a preliminary opinion. I'm guessing you are hearing other information on how Revere has bet on Football, Basketball, etc. WSEX has not posted any info on whether Revere has bet similarly and lost. If such bets exist and were honored as losers, it may be relevant.

Revere may be reluctant to submit to arbitration when WSEX is an advertiser. I think you are capable of making a fair determination, but it's not MY $40K on the line.

I always thought there was more to the story that we are not hearing here. Man, there's one thing I hate, and that is scammers..

I am nowhere in this guy's ballpark. If this guy did all this, then this is much worse than me. At least all my info was legit, and the action I gave was good.

If this guy really did all this, including giving false info and all that Kenny said, then I say..

Don't pay this scammer. There's nothing more I hate than scammers.

WSEX, you have my blessing in not paying this guy now.. (if what kenny said is true)

I am guessing that the book knew all this information about this poster before he placed this 40K bet. He in fact appears to be a scammer, YET he placed 40K on the game and those wagers were not cancelled before the start of the game, doesn't he need to be paid on his winning bet.

He is going to have a bitch of a time getting any action anywhere going forward, but why shouldn't the guy get paid on this wager.
