Attention All -- Beware of lines on Hawaii Games in BB.

Aloha all, I just wanted to inform all here to beware of the lines on Hawaii games. The movement of them to me is just ridiculous. I think that the books are banking on everyone playing Hawaii because of many reasons I may have brought up being of a big advantage for the home team. And thus they are constantly raising the lines to as many as 6pts on Hawaii in BB. They constantly get an overwhelming amount of play on Hawaii whether in bb or fb, because it is last game of the day. I feel that maybe because of this and the fact that many will chase if losing or shoot it all if winning, doesn't matter to them because no matter the reasons , they still are going to more than often get more play on the Warriors.

I have seen the lines on the Warriors games to reflect this action by it moving as much as 6-7 pts on Hawaii by game time. EX's which i was aware from the last games played and eachone here can verify this info as i may not be as accurrate , but I am sure you will at least see the movement. Oregon St. went up to Hawaii -9 after i think opening at 5 or 6 . Then when Hawaii played New Orleans , not sure what it opened at but by game time I think it was up to -11 or -12 , from -7 or -8. Now lastly, in tonights game, which opened at Hawaii -14 and closed at 19.5 or more. Now I checked some of the places that list the line movements but they no longer reflect the opening line but reflect only the closing one. or one close to it. Weird !

Anyway gang, I just want to make everyone aware of this maybe not as obvious thing that is going on. As we are all consumed with the NFL , Coll Bowls , NBA, and Coll BB. This game more than often will be blindly played by many and of course people will take the Warriors. Be careful people. I may not have proof of what is specifically going on. All i know is that if I see a line on Hawaii and it is reasonable . I may play it. But lines like what tonights has escalated to definately made me bang my previous bet. of -15, to get +19 .

I think the books bank on your lack of knowledge also with not knowing completely who Hawaii is playing as there is simply to many teams to keep up with. I wasnt aware of Lamar but thanks to Kojaks vast knowledge on alot of sports teams , saved me from a very possible loser. Thank you Kojak. That is the value and benefit we can get from others here. So in closing, I just again wanted to inform all of you that if your going to close the day with Hawaii in bb especially , make sure you see the line at least a day in advance and know the team which will be playing the Warriors. Dont let the books catch us in their trap. Which Hawaii it seems especially in bb are trying to do. Be aware and be careful. Following Donald Trumps motto, always be focused, be paranoid, and definately get even. Good advice to beating the books. Aloha CC.

I appreciate info Co Captain as I used it to my advantage by playing Lamar +18 for game and then hedged bet with Hawaii -12.5 for 2nd half. Thanks as looks like I will get both.

Hawaii lines for game have not been good but 2nd half on Hawaii has been money. This makes 4 in a row betting them on 2nd half that I have won. Thought I would share it.

perfect play Kojak, that is how you win with Hawaii. Know their tendencies. The opposite also holds true and can be count on more often , as long as the visitor are fighter till the end and will not give up. Note: Hawaii up at the half by more than 10pts , take the visitor and the points in the second half. Hawaii down at the half by more than 6-8pts take Hawaii for the second half. Same is true with football, and it did profit in the Hawaii Bowl on Hawaii for the second half. Remember this gang as it is Hawaiis tendencies and one I am all to familiar.

***Hawaii more often starts off slow , but will fight to protect this house till the end.
***Hawaii if do get off to a fast start, more than often will lose interest and lose the lead, letting opponent to come back. Some times this holds true , but not always.
*** If game is played evenly , like with any team, look for a run from one of the teams to break away for the win. More often it is Hawaii.


-- Check also the history of this tournament. You will be surprised by who Hawaii has beaten both SU or ats. I think one year we upsrt ranked Pitt team , and also Roy Williams Kansas Jayhawks was taken to the wire in another. Who knows , maybe the Gators will fall. kojak , Michael Kueblar is Hawaii's Ace and the go to guy. But teams have been keying up on him so others need to step up.

Coach Riley Wallace has even confirmed that they also was given just brief scouting reports on Lamar , and he wasn't aware of their shooting abilities. So it goes to show, if Coaches arent fully aware of the opponents completely, i think the books will take advantage of this lack of knowledge by the public which they can bank on.

kojak great, you got a hit with both plays. Congrats. As for me, I was on Hawaii , but got off before game time playing the otherside. But did pickup a win on Hawaii as well on the second half. Thats how to outsmart the house and work together to do it. Aloha GL CC.

I think Hawaii basically sucks this year, they were beat by UCSB at home with their 2 best players out, struggled with a weak SantaCalra team, I wont be playing on the Bows any time soon. Another thing Hawaii does is let the other team dictate pace of play, which makes there totals easy to predict.

Those games Railbird was the result of situational setups which as we know can and will affect the play of players.

Now judging from your knowledge of Hawaii and how they play , why wouldnt you take advantage of this and profit from what you surely know. That would be the smart thing to do. Dont you agree.
