maybe I can catch a few today
1. Atlanta-Washington UNDER 9 (-105) at bodog Hudson met up here at washington on opening day and were it not for a few bleeders he would have been dam near perfect, only giving up 3 hits over 7 innings. Assuming based on the weather in the northeast right now it may be a little overcast and keep the ball in the yard. Hudson last 5 starts vs Washington: 37 innings 4 ER, honestly assume that Bravos will win this one but the under is a much better price, Chico last 5 starts vs atlanta: 26 2/3 INN 8 ER, bullpen may be a little spent but if chico can get 5 solid I see this as a 3-1 or 4-1 type game.
2. Oakland-Cleveland OVER 8.5 (EVEN) at bodog Honestly CC is a better pitcher that hasnt pitched all that well so far this year and Blanton has been pretty solid this year but they have lost all three of his starts. Just looking at Their numbers against the oppositon of late, Oakland has lost 4 of the last 5 vs the tribe in games where Blanton has started and Cleveland has lost 4 of 5 against oakland when CC has pitched. Oakland have been road warriors thus far going 3-0, dont expect Indians bats to be silent for long, seems like a spot for both teams to scratch across at least 4 apiece So ill be on the over.
3. NYY-Boston UNDER 9 bodog- generally I hate taking unders in this series but this is an early season matchup and its likely to be wet and the ball shouldnt carry the way these guys can really drive it, Wang while he has been jeckyl and hyde against boston has been really solid over two starts this season, he should appreciate a poor weather type surrounding as long as NY takes care of business on the ground balls, And While the young Bucholz hasnt been tested by NY in the past the yanks bats just are not awake right now and going against a guy with this type of stuff probably wont allow them to get out of their early season funk.
