I wonder why. Maybe he didn't need to but...?

Also when he declared himself healthy a month or so ago he was clearly a step slow when he needed to accelerate.

Russ will run if he has to, as he has shown in other big games....he is close to 100% imo, but of bigger concern is the offensive line against Beasley and company...Seattle will have to run it, control the ball, and limit the Falcons to less than 12 possessions or else the Hawks D is going to look like Bama's in the 4th quarter

I agree with your observation Serbone, he didn't look like the Russell Wilson that gave many NFL defenses (fits) in the past.
