LAL 110
ATL 95
Locked in with:
1* LAL -8.5
1* ATL/LAL UNDER 213.5
Going against trends and the public. 80% of the public is on the hawks (give or take depending on where you look). 53% on the over.
Hawks 16-6 ATS as a dog.
Hawks 6-0 ATS as a dog of 6-9 pts.
Hawks 4-1 ATS in February.
Hawks 4-1 OVER in February.
Hawks 6-0 UNDER as a dog of 6-9 pts.
Lakers 4-14 ATS when the total is >210
Lakers 1-6 ATS vs. Southeast division.
Lakers 9-3 OVER on Tuesday nights.
Lakers 31-20 OVER on the season.
Some of these trends are irrelevant, but the fact of the matter is the Lakers are 24-4 at home, and you cannot bet on a streaky Hawks team to come across the country and get a win/cover at the 2nd best home court advantage team in the league. I agree that the Hawks have a solid starting 5 that can compete every other game, but the Lakers are a force and have a better bench as well. Go Lakers.
