Read again. There was a guy on third, the batter hit a single to the right. I would've thought 3rd base would've scored, or maybe sportsline just screwed up the livescore.

Neifi was on 3rd when Pierre singled to the right and scored to make it 12-12, then another guy singled with only Pierre on 1st, who then went to 3rd. No one was on 3rd when "another guy" (not sure who) singled.
