About five blown scoring opportunities in the 1st half, and these two conservative O's still put up 14 points. I'm taking the over. Slight lean to ATL because CAR D has been on the field all night long, but I have CAR in a teaser and hate to go against myself

General - Could be an angle where ATL won't try FG's and force it on 4th down , which could help the under I suppose
