18 w/my girlfriend who was also 18. We had to do something because her parents were moving to Oregon and we wanted to be together. (Is'nt that sweet?)

Although I did move back home for a few months two times.

Freebie, you make some good points. I see my father just about every week still and my mother and I communicate well and I still do things with her from time to time. You have to remember not everyones parents are still married, and this is part of the reason people want to scram at 18 and so forth.

i lived home till i was 22. worked since i was 18 and saved my money and bought a horse for 20k at the meadowlands, he made my living. Reinvested, bought a 50,000 claimer, made $10,000 in one week, as he got claimed the very next race. Bought a few cheap horses at dover. $10,000 horses race for $15,000 a week there and ever since then, been in the harness owner business and i probably net about 90,000 a year.....$60,000 on a bad year....and my best year was back in 01 made $250,000..bought a house, a car..
