I was in the Verizon store last week getting information about their plans. And the District Manager just to happen to be there, I had around a 20 minute conversation with him. I learned a few interesting facts from him. Verizon is in the process of re-structuring their data plans, these new Android phones are using up to 5x the data that they had estimated. Which if they don't limit the data, their network will become overwhelmed with data and become slower due to the amount of data being processed. He told me that Verizon has a larger, stronger network than At&t however he did admit that at&t's network is faster. He couldn't give me any information about the iphone on Verizon, he said that even his managers haven't received ANY information on the phone. CK let me know what your CEO friend has to say too, as he's probably a bit higher up than the district manager.
