I have had some success with 13 pt teasers in the NFL. However I quit trying in college a couple yrs. ago. I would have three winners that would have covered straight up and then the fourth would be a game like this week end, taking Florida pick vs Mississippi St. Or I would have had a 2-2 straight up but end up 0-1 on the tease. Good luck to you, but me, myself No more college teasers.
I agree, it's very tempting to be getting 14 points in your favor for those games, but all it takes is one upset, like Mississippi St. that will mess up everything for you. And to risk $500 to only win $417, I think you would be better off taking like a 7 point teaser and puting $100 or $200 to win $350 or $750 respectively. Best of luck in your decision!!
Imo, when you are wagering $500 on a 14 pt. teaser and asking for opinions, it just tells me you don't have any confidence at all in your own handicapping....Zip, zilch, nada.

Well if you haven't been told before teasers look like easy bets for a reason. If you are going to play them I wouldn't pick those games. Purdue and Michigan should both win but I've capped them to be somewhat close. Michigan State has a chance to win outright.Kruser6 said:
