As a matter of fact he is. It also says that the records aren't verified, use caution. You will have email..Thanks OMT

I see you have started a tracking thread. May I recommend that you use a minus sign in front of the units so there is no confusion. Readers may not see your words "units lost" but are more likely to see "-"

Thanks for the suggestion. I will make the change when I update. No worries, I will only post results, good or bad.

Welcome to the RX. The answer your question you can Google "Public Betting" and find a wide variety of sites. Here is a site with good information. Just click on the sport you are interested in and scroll down to Public Bets.

I would look for a site that tracks dollars bet rather than number of bettors. Think about it. Which is more likely to move the line, 100 people betting $1000 or 500 betting $100?

No, it has been very difficult. Sportsinsights makes claims but I have my doubts about them and I know not to use wagerline. Would welcome info from others.

May I suggest that you start a thread in the Offshore Forum asking for sights that show Public Betting. A lot of players use this type of information and our Offshore guys are bound to respond.

OldManTed,

With baseball right around the corner, I see alot of comments on the board about the best book for bases? What makes a book better for baseball over others?? Thanks

Welcome to the RX. To answer your question, the first and most important element is to choose a book that uses a 10 cent line and not a 20 cent line for baseball. Also, you should choose a book that pays quickly and without problems. Our sponsors links are listed above. If there is ever an issue with one of them, you as an RX member can turn to the staff (moderators) to get assistance in resolving any matter related to one of our sponsors. A couple of books I might suggest for baseball is 5Dimes and Betjamaica although all of our books are solid so click on any of the links above and take a look at what they have to offer.

Hi Ted,

I had some questions I'd hope you could help me answer. I've been wanting to get into some recreational betting with basketball, baseball, and football. The questions I have are: 1. What site would best cater to me if I plan on betting small amounts (1 unit = $50-100) on the specific sports I listed?; 2. What is the safest method for depositing money and withdrawing money relatively quickly?

Thanks in advance.

Welcome to the RX. To answer your questions, Betjamaica and 5Dimes would be perfectly suited to meet your needs. You can click on the links below to be taken directly to their sites. As to the method of deposit, both the safest and quickest, I would recommend you call the toll free number for each of the sites. They are constantly updating their processing methods to improve depositing and withdrawing money. Western Union and Moneygram have been favorites of some as it is usually quick, however, speaking to a customer service representative is the best way to go to help you make your decision. Wishing you the very best of luck.
